These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bakruum’s application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
- You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and account security.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Service Use
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, networks, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. Customer Data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Bakruum a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
4. Subscription, Trials, and Billing
- Paid features may require an active subscription.
- Free trials, pricing, and billing cycles are presented in-app and may vary by platform.
- Billing and cancellations for in-app subscriptions are managed by the relevant app store.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.
5. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Bakruum or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service may interact with third-party services (for example, app stores or cloud providers). Bakruum is not responsible for third-party services or their terms and practices.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bakruum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bakruum and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Bakruum is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
